Shipping & Returns

We uses a real time shipping calculation based on weight and delivery location to ensure that you get the best shipping cost possible. The postage costs are calculated during the checkout process of our website. If you are based in Australia, you can choose either Express Post or Regular Post. If you are outside of Australia, your order will be sent by Air Mail. Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect your order to be delivered within the following time frames:

  • Express Post: 1-2 working days
  • Regular Post: 2-4 working days
  • Air Mail: 5-10 working days

If you choose the Express Post option, the Australia Post tracking number is stored in the MY ACCOUNT section of this website for your reference. You can track your Express Post order by calling Australia Post on 131314 and quoting the tracking number.

All orders are typically dispatched on the next business day (usually sooner) subject to availability of the item(s) you purchase. If any of the items your purchase are not available, we endeavour to fulfil your order within 7 working days. We will advise you by email if longer dispatch times are expected. Should your order be split into 2 or more consignments, subsequent consignments are sent to you by either Regular Post or Air Mail at no further cost to you. We only charge you postage on your first consignment. Your invoice inside your package will clearly show the items that are on backorder. You can view the status of your order by going to the MY ACCOUNT section of our website.

If your order is damaged during shipping, please return the goods to us and we will replace them immediately. You will need to pay for the postage of the replacement goods.

If you have purchased music or video products, we cannot accept return of these goods due to the way the content on these products are licensed - unless a CD or DVD has been damaged in transit. This policy also protects against copyright infringement. Please ensure you choose your items carefully before committing your order. Non-music and non-video products can be retuned for exchange within 7 working days from the date of your invoice. If an exchange product is not available to you at this time, a credit note will be made for the purchase value of your return goods. This credit can be used on future purchases within 12 months. Credit notes can only be used by placing your order by phone.
