I made these swans for my daughter's wedding and used them to place around the cake, with the wedding flowers in them. It took a while to make them, but they were well worth the time. Now they are in our guest room.

I made 14 swans (yes, 14!) for a friend's children's weddings. I made 2 of them for her son's wedding, and 12 of them for her daughter's wedding, plus two of the bowls. I had good luck with the instructions about putting the swans together even though there are a couple of small pieces to each swan. Everything stitched out beautifully and it all looked very elegant when completed. The ladies were so pleased and the bridal tables were beautiful. I had several people come to talk to me about them because they were so surprised to learn they were actually thread and not plastic as they assumed when they first saw them at a distance. They were quite a hit. The swans were a very unique touch to the wedding tables.
My friend's daughter used the 12 swans on her reception tables and then gave them as bridesmaids gifts to her mother and the other ladies in her wedding party. The bowls she used on her reception table with a clear glass bowl inside them for mints and nuts. It was very elegant.

I was introduced to Sue Box designs by a friend who showed me this wonderful swan. I was smitten and bought the CD closely followed by loads of your marvelous free designs and some individual embroideries. They are all brilliant but this is magnificent. Many thanks to the designer

I did the full collection for a friends wedding and they helped to sew them up. They were great. would be nice to have the swans adjsuted to 80 and 60% by sue box as the full size ones are a little big and when you re-scale they are very tight to sew. well worth buying.

I am in love with the swan, baskets and bowls. So elegant!!! I've ordered the collection, and am eager to make all them. After looking at several other machine embroidery websites, I find this one to be the VERY BEST. Absolutely gorgeous designs. Variety. Versatility. Affordable. Love being able to enlarge pictures for details. Well organized and easy menu. So user friendly in every way, including shopping cart and completion of purchase. So many free items, unlike other websites. Friendly and available contacts. Great communication with contacts. Sue, you are a blessing. Thank you for sharing your lovely art at a price that opens the door for all of us to be able to buy them. And thank you so much for your generosity by providing so many freebies. It's a pleasure purchasing from your company. Love you all.

This was my first attempt at doing a FSL design. The instructions were very easy to follow and the swan came out perfectly! I was so inspired by the beauty of the 3D design that I plan to do some projects like this very soon. I didn't have any Saran wrap and used 3 clear dry cleaning bags instead. They worked fine.
